Administrative Clerk Position

The Administrative Clerk will be responsible for assisting the Accounting Team with administrative and accounts payable duties as assigned.

Responsibilities:

Distribution of incoming mail

Placing postage on outgoing mail and take to mailbox

Greeting visitors

Answering telephone calls and directing them to the correct party

Disbursing incoming accounts payable invoices for approval

Entering accounts payable invoices into accounting system

Checking and entering expense reports into accounting system

Back-up to Accounts Receivable

Maintain office supply inventory and place special orders

Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

Accounting experience preferred

Minimum two years administrative experience

Proficient in Microsoft Suite

Multi-line phone experience
